Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirement and review functional / technical specification.
• Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix to map Requirement with Deliverable.
• Ensure deliverable is in compliance with functional specifications.
• Communicate with Internal and External stakeholders effectively.
• Provide regular status updates to Key Stakeholders.
• Monitor deployment of modules independently as per plan / SLAs.
• Support acceptance testing, implementation, and training for modules.
• Document production transfer documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis for production disruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
• Document results of tests and technical architecture.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to the RTB team.
