Job summary

Caliberly seeks a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. You will collect and validate data, build interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and automate reports to improve efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years in data analytics, strong SQL skills, and the ability to translate business needs into measurable BI solutions. Dubai-based, on-site with opportunities for growth in data governance and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in data analytics, BI, CS, IS, stats or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics or BI.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI or Tableau and dashboard development.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data extraction/optimization.
• Excel skills with advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with data modelling, ETL, and data integration.
• Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality concepts.
• Experience with supply chain data or product information management is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyse data to generate business insights.
• Translate requirements into analytical reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Identify trends and gaps to support decision making.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of data discrepancies.
• Support forecasting and data-driven planning.
• Present findings to stakeholders with clear visuals.
