DATA AND ASSESSMENT SPECIALIST NEEDED IN DUBAI - JANUARY 2026 START.

A private English medium international school group is looking for a Data and Assessment Specialist to join them for the current academic year.

Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Education, Assessment, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred; Bachelor’s minimum.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in educational assessment, data analysis, school improvement, or academic performance management.
  • Proven experience in delivering professional development related to assessment literacy, data interpretation, and evidence-based instructional planning.
  • Strong knowledge of internal and external assessment systems, including standardized testing protocols, data cycles, and performance reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large sets of student performance data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and support schoolwide improvement efforts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, administrators, and external agencies.
  • Ability to adhere to ethical, cultural, and confidentiality guidelines while representing the school with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proven track record in a high-performing, accuracy-driven, team-based environment.
