As a Graduate Trainee at Majid Al Futtaim Properties – Asset Management Business Unit, you will embark on an immersive 18-month journey that includes on-the-job rotations in various areas such as Leasing, Marketing, Retail Design and Delivery, Data Analytics, and Mall Management, complemented by additional training opportunities.

Role Profile

• Rotational Structure: Engage in six months of generalist rotations across support and business areas, followed by a twelve-month specialized placement in a specific functional area to gain in-depth knowledge of our operations.
• Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Project Management: Contribute to project management initiatives and prepare presentations.
• Business Challenges: Participate in addressing and solving business challenges.
• Knowledge and Experience: Acquire practical exposure and experience within the industry.
• Development Programs: Engage in all assigned development programs to enhance professional growth.
• Training Sessions: Attend workshops and training sessions to build your skills and knowledge in the shopping malls sector.
