Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, seeks an ICQA Data Analyst to drive data reporting and insights for quality defects and inventory adjustments. Collaborate with ICQA, Learning and Finance to deliver analytical support across the business.

The role involves building data collection processes, writing SQL queries, creating dashboards (Amazon QuickSight), and developing automation with Python to support leadership with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing and executing large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem solving, and communicating recommendations.
• Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions.
• Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions.

The Data analysts play a crucial role in creating unique reports from data available in multiple locations and providing vital insights into the root cause of quality defects and inventory adjustments. ICQA Data Analyst will work closely with the ICQA, Learning and Finance departments to provide data and analytical support for the business.
