Job summary

Dmcdubai is seeking a data analyst to input, manage and report on data across multiple platforms, including QuickSight, SharePoint and Excel. You will own compliance data reporting, run audits for consistency, and prepare clear dashboards and KPIs for stakeholders.

The role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, analytical thinking, and experience handling enrollments or events. A data-focused degree is preferred, with excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data entry, data management, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience managing enrollments, scheduling, or event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Input, maintain, and update data across multiple systems and dashboards (QuickSight, SharePoint, Excel).
• Own and maintain compliance data reporting and KPI tracking.
• Perform data audits to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy across systems.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Manage participant enrollment and tracking for development programs using relevant systems.
• Support data workflows and optimization of operational processes.
