Mintlayer is seeking a Data Analyst for Engineering to convert live protocol signals into actionable decisions. You will build and maintain the on-chain analytics stack, index data, design pipelines, and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs like network health, node stats, and DEX volume.

You will support upgrade decisions with data insights and document all analytics workflows. The role involves implementing Dune Analytics dashboards and The Graph subgraphs as needed, collaborating across teams

Formación

• 3 years of data analytics or data engineering experience.
• On-chain data experience required.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain on-chain analytics infrastructure.
• Data indexing and pipeline architecture.
• Develop dashboards and track protocol KPIs.
• Produce regular engineering performance reports for technical leadership.
• Support protocol upgrade decisions with data analysis.
• Build Dune Analytics dashboards and The Graph subgraphs as needed.
• Document analytics pipelines and dashboard systems.
