We are seeking an analytical, innovative, and technology-driven Data Analyst & Digital Solutions professional to transform data into actionable insights and develop digital solutions that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational departments to analyze data, identify opportunities, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Solutions, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical business insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with SQL, databases, data models, and data querying is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis is an advantage.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, automated reports, and business intelligence solutions.
• Understanding of digital transformation, process automation, and technology-enabled business improvement.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into digital or technical solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, APIs, workflow automation tools, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, security, and confidentiality principles.
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate analytical and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting digital projects, system implementations, UAT, or technology transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple analytical projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Experience working in technology, financial services, retail, manufacturing, logistics, telecommunications, or other data-driven industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, Cloud Technologies, Digital Transformation, SQL, or Business Intelligence are an advantage.
