Job summary

AcePerfect Data Technologies is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision making and help clients achieve operational excellence. You will own ETL processes, contribute to data warehouse evolution, and design scalable Power BI dashboards using GA4 and Azure tools.

You will collaborate with business units, develop data models, provide marketing intelligence, and support strategic projects to enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of work experience in BI solutions/Business Analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI and Azure data tools.

As a Senior Data Analyst at AcePerfect, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to uncover insights, solve complex problems, and support strategic decision-making for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end ETL process to build, operate and monitor data pipelines, from data collection to analysis and insights generation, which may include writing custom and complex queries, data cleaning and manipulation, and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Contribute to the development of the Data Warehouse with changing requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Power BI dashboards for all assigned project reports and other deliverables in a comprehensive, accurate and timely manner, and meet business and functional requirements and departmental standards.
• Leveraging expertise using Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, GA4 Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) to conduct business analysis as and performance reporting of business units to identify strengths and areas for improvement or development.
• Assist in the development of new solutions to capture, store and analyze data from different departments and help driving data awareness by providing data models, marketing intelligence to the organization’s leadership and business unit management.
• Assist in the effective delivery of strategic projects in collaboration with business units to support the achievement of sustainable profitable growth.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Education in equivalent areas when complemented by suitable experience will be considered.
• 3-5 years of work experience in Business Intelligence solutions/Business Analysis.
• Strong proficiency with Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, GA4 Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL Data warehousing.
• Ability to communicate effectively about requirements, results, and issues with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Power BI/Tableau/Azure certifications are a plus.
