Job summary

Damen in Abu Dhabi seeks a Project & Change Lead for Data & AI Services to drive onboarding of new data services and capabilities. You will coordinate business, operations and technology teams to ensure adoption and integration of services.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and training to embed new services into daily operations and contribute to the Data SSC's transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience in PM/Change initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (SAP/Workday/ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects for new data services and capabilities.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
