Job summary

Damen is seeking a structured Project & Change Lead for Data & AI Services to scale our Data Shared Service Center in Abu Dhabi. You will own onboarding projects, drive adoption, and ensure seamless integration into daily operations.

You'll collaborate with product, IT, and business teams across Damen to deliver multi-stakeholder initiatives, balance priorities, and embed new services with reinforced governance and measurable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
PM and/or Change Management certifications preferred.
4-7 years hands-on project and change management experience.
Experience in IT, Shared Services, digital transformation, data, or business operations.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding projects for new data services and domains within the Data SSC.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
Coordinate activities across business, operational, and technology teams.
Monitor progress and ensure transition into operational service delivery.
Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness activities, and adoption of new services.
Support training and sustainable ways of working; ensure services are embedded.
