Job summary

Sia is expanding its Data & AI practice in the UAE and seeks experienced leaders to deliver client projects across data strategy, analytics visualization, and ML/AI solutions. You will supervise end-to-end engagements, coach consultants, and develop new offerings leveraging Sia Partners’ platforms.

Applicants should bring 8+ years in data/AI delivery, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with large client and vendor teams in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science/AI/CS/Engineering.
• Experience in professional services, preferably Big 4 or leading consulting firms.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Track record overseeing end-to-end digital transformation, Data/AI, IT advisory, or enterprise software projects.
• Leadership skills crucial for client projects.
• Experience in local networks and aiding in business development proposals/RFPs.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with large client and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery projects with clients on data and AI strategy, roadmaps, and analytics solutions.
• Deliver data visuals and AI solutions across Azure, Snowflake, Oracle, GCP and AWS.
• Design data models and pipelines (ETL) to improve data value.
• Develop predictive models and ML/AI techniques, including econometrics and forecasting.
• Deliver data modernization and migration projects using transformation technologies.
• Implement data governance frameworks and target operating models for people/processes.
