Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Administrator to support, maintain, and improve our ERP landscape across WMS, Supply Chain, Finance and BI. This role focuses on delivering reliable ERP operations and enabling data-driven decisions.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, optimize SQL queries, and ensure smooth integrations with CRM, banking and e-commerce systems, driving digital transformation and automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of ERP experience, with 3+ years supporting D365 F&O.
• Strong Warehouse Management (WMS) implementation/background.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
• Bonus points for food distribution, FMCG, logistics, or retail.
• Strong communication and training skills with problem-solving mindset.
