Staff Connect UAE is seeking a Business Applications Specialist focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to support and enhance finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain processes across UAE entities.

The role requires deep D365 F&O expertise, ERP experience, and the ability to manage integrations, reporting, and governance. The candidate will coordinate deployments, provide user support, and drive continuous improvement in enterprise applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
7+ years of experience supporting ERP and enterprise applications.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Experience with multiple D365 modules: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Production.

Responsabilités

Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, problem resolution, and user support.
Support configuration, testing, deployment, release management and change requests.
Monitor system performance, batch jobs, workflows, integrations and critical business transactions.
Coordinate deployments through Azure DevOps and LCS; support ER and DMF.
Support Power BI reporting, SSRS development, and data integrity.
Ensure governance, security roles, and master data maintenance across UAE entities.
Support audit, e-invoicing requirements and integration monitoring.
