Job summary

ECS | Enterprise Change Specialists is seeking an IT Project Manager with strong cybersecurity expertise in Dubai. You will drive planning, risk assessment, and cross‑team coordination to deliver security-focused initiatives on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include vendor governance, stakeholder updates to executives, and rigorous documentation with metrics to track security posture improvements. A PMP/PRINCE2 background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in IT project management; at least 3 years in cybersecurity or info risk management.
• Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2.
• Technical: understanding of network and application security, cloud environments (AWS), WAF, CDN and Bot Management.
• Soft skills: excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans for the initiative, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the agreed goals.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, report on and proactively manage risks associated with the project.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams within IT to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders.
• Vendor and Tool Management: Participate in the evaluation and selection of the product from vendors. Manage the implementation efforts with the vendor team with strict governance and controls to ensure timely delivery.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, test results, and final reports. Produce metrics and dashboards to measure project success and security posture improvements.
