Job summary

Dubai Future Foundation is seeking an Associate Manager – Cyber Security to align information security with strategic objectives, legal and regulatory requirements, and risk tolerance. You will maintain the Information Security Management System, manage stakeholders, and lead risk assessments and third-party security initiatives, working with internal teams to deliver secure, compliant projects.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years of experience, and certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, IT, CS or related field.
• CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, information security or risk management.
• Experience in developing and maintaining information security frameworks and controls.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance and standards.
• Excellent English; Arabic skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and maintain the Information Security Management System.
• Coordinate with teams on identifying, developing, secure handling and management of information assets.
• Conduct information security, third-party security and operational risk assessments.
• Delegate and assign tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Communicate openly with the team and provide feedback to the line manager.
