Job summary

Censys is seeking a technical writer and instructional designer to plan, develop, and manage interactive learning content for the Censys LMS. The role involves transforming instructor-led training into self-paced eLearning, and designing hands-on CTF learning exercises to help users understand real-world cyber visibility.

You will create product documentation and onboarding programs, produce videos for new features, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure content accuracy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or content development.
• Experience building content for an LMS or eLearning platform.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical functionality into clear content.
• Experience producing or coordinating video content.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage interactive learning content for the LMS.
• Transform instructor-led training into engaging, self-paced eLearning experiences.
• Design interactive capture-the-flag (CTF) learning exercises.
• Create and publish product documentation and onboarding programs.
• Produce video content covering new feature releases and real-world use cases.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure content accuracy.
