Job summary

ENOC seeks a Cyber Governance Lead to drive governance of information security and cyber security programs across the organization. You will develop and monitor policies, coordinate risk management with IT/OT, and oversee awareness initiatives to protect critical assets.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in information technology with strong experience in cyber risk, policy standards, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience.
• Professional information security certifications (CISSP/CISM/CCISO/GSEC) desirable.
• Experience in cyber risk programs and awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Govern cyber security governance and policy development aligned with best practices.
• Coordinate security policies, standards, and reporting metrics across departments.
• Lead cyber risk management liaison across IT/OT and business units.
• Develop and maintain cyber security awareness programs and training.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and international information security standards.
