Job summary

Remotedxb seeks a data operations professional to manage discovery review and dataset hosting within on-call and standard settings. You will handle PII/PHI, coordinate data intake, and ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in legal tech or eDiscovery, strong Windows/Office skills, and willingness for nights/weekends; familiarity with Relativity and OCR preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience handling data operations or reviews in legal tech, cyber, or eDiscovery.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of breach response concepts, PII and PHI handling, and eDiscovery workflows.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Office product suite.
• Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
