First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a governance and risk professional to lead customer experience governance in Dubai. You will design and implement policies, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement across CX processes.

The role entails developing reports and dashboards, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate governance outcomes aligned with FAB strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-10 years of experience in governance, compliance, risk or related areas.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement governance frameworks, policies, and standards across CX processes.
• Monitor CX policy compliance and regulatory requirements, escalate when needed.
• Oversee governance reporting and dashboards for timely insights.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive corrective actions across units.
• Lead continuous improvement and change initiatives within FAB.
