Pixxi is looking for an IT Customer Support Specialist who is excellent in customer support, passionate about technology, and loves solving IT issues.

Role Overview

You will support Pixxi clients, troubleshoot issues, solve technical support inquiries, and work closely with our internal IT team. You must be highly proactive, great at communication, and able to provide high quality customer service at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support for Pixxi CRM users through email, chat, calls, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot client technical issues and work with IT team for resolution
  • Help with setup, onboarding, system access, login issues, configuration issues
  • Document issues and solutions clearly inside ticketing system
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvements
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
  • Experience in IT customer support / helpdesk / tech support
  • Arabic Speaker
  • Strong problem solving skills & analytical thinking
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Passion for technology and helping users
  • Ability to understand CRM systems, SaaS products, workflow systems
  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets at the same time
