Your Responsibilities

Job Overview: We are looking for a committed and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team in UAE. The Customer Support Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, physicians, and partners regarding genetic testing services. Our primary focus is ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the process, from the initial contact to the resolution of any issues. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English. Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the fields of genetics, medicine, or pharmaceuticals, is required.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), delivering outstanding service in every interaction.
  • Manage cases in the CRM system, including ticket resolution and data logging.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for sample tracking, receipt confirmation, and shipment troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer journey throughout the process.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving processes and services.

Your profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in genetics, medicine, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong communication skills and a clear customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with customer management systems or CRM tools. Experience in Dynamics will be valued.
  • Previous experience working with customer portals will also be valued.
  • Familiarity with Clinical / genetics test terminology.
