  • Serve as the main point of contact for all supplier-related issues, complaints, and service concerns.
  • Review suppliers' contracts and invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance with terms, and proper service delivery.
  • Evaluate and report supplier performance and provide input on supplier selection and renewal decisions.
  • Provide input on setting up business scopes and assess vendor suitability based on capability and compliance.
  • Supervise vendor services in all facilities and ensure that they are implemented in accordance with contractual agreements and following safety standards
  • Provide key inputs for budgeting, policy formulation and procedural improvements within the General Services Department.
  • Coordination and follow-up of client requirements
  • Contact the department in the program to get updates as per the customer's request
  • Maintaining a database required by the client
  • Perform the daily task as assigned by the customer

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of one to three years of experience in the development of specific automotive subsystems is required.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, team orientated environment on multiple discipline projects with changing priorities and schedules is required.
  • Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office software and CMMS is preferred.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required.
