A leading technology solutions firm in Abu Dhabi seeks a Customer Service professional. This role involves collecting and analyzing departmental requirements to prepare trend analysis reports. Candidates must be fluent in English and experts in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and Power BI. Strong communication and the ability to work under pressure are crucial. This is a full-time position with no remote work options available, requiring a joining time frame of 2 weeks maximum.
We are currently looking Customer Service for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.
Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.
Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.
Ensure timely submission of required reports.
Excellent oral and written skills in English.
Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel PPT Power BI etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
