• Collect and organize players’ birthdates monthly
• Request and collect player photos from parents
• Design birthday cards using Canva
• Set birthday reminders on Google Calendar
• Prepare match announcements using Canva template
• Create team sheets for matches
• Manage and reply to messages on Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Respond to general inquiries and joining requests
• Filter and forward UAE inquiries to Deni
• Respond to international inquiries with student-athlete program details
• Handle sponsorship requests with standard response
• Post marketing videos and reels on social media after 6pm UAE time
• Share video links with Technical Director
• Reply to emails and forward job applications to HR
• Reply to emails and forward job applications to KC and HR
