Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and walk-ins. You will own the case from initial contact through resolution, handling contract administration within SOPs and KPIs while ensuring compliance with data privacy and AML regulations.

The role emphasizes CSAT, FCR, AHT, and SLA adherence, with opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes in a dynamic environment at our Dubai locations.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma with strong experience considered.
• 1-3 years experience in a contact centre or frontline customer service role.
• Experience in car rental, leasing, or financial services is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic skills are beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails; resolve queries within SLAs.
• Log and dispose each interaction in CRM with clear notes.
• Achieve First Contact Resolution by diagnosing issues and updating customers to closure.
• Perform contract admin tasks and renewals; manage fines, notices, and replacements.
• Greet walk-in customers; verify identity and triage requests for timely resolution.
• Follow SOPs for customer care, complaints, and documentation; ensure timely resolutions.
