Qualifications

Job Description
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding shipping, delivery, and order inquiries.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
  • Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers.
  • Handle complaints and resolve service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Open to Filipino nationals from 35 years old and below, with at least 2 years of customer service experience—preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
  • Skilled in handling and resolving customer inquiries related to shipment status, delays, and logistics documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including shipping procedures, customs requirements, and freight tracking.
  • Proficient in using logistics software and tracking systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, CRM platforms) is an advantage.
