Job summary

A leading company in customer service in the United Arab Emirates seeks a dedicated professional to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in customer handling and be able to coordinate with various departments for order management. Key responsibilities include handling customer service processes for local/export business and maintaining communication with sales and planning teams to prioritize orders.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer handling.

Responsibilities

  • Handling E2E CS process for local/export business & Walk-In Customers.
  • Interaction with scheduler and WH for updating of sales and stock review reports.
  • Sales order entry for customer and follow up for order release.
  • Tracking and monitoring External OTIF along with RCA for all misses.
  • Ensuring out of stock orders are prioritized by coordinating with planning / Sales Team.
  • Sharing SOA with the customers for his/her area of operation.
