About the Role
  • Experience with CRM tools (ActiveCampaign preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and sales processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for clean data and process optimisation.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing and DLD data is a plus.
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for reporting and list management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage automated workflows to support lead nurturing, agent follow-ups, and post-sale touchpoints.
  • Segment and maintain clean CRM data to enable targeted outreach and accurate reporting.
  • Execute WhatsApp and email campaigns to re-engage cold leads and support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to convert qualified leads and improve pipeline efficiency.
  • Prepare DLD-based prospecting lists aligned with client profiles and market trends.
  • Track post-sale activities and support review collection to enhance client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or investment advisory (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by high earning potential
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
