Job summary

A licensed recruitment firm is seeking a Customer Relations Executive for its luxury real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, coordinate meetings, and maintain CRM systems. Applicants should have at least 2 years of related experience and a passion for luxury properties. This is a full-time role with a salary of up to 7K AED depending on qualifications.

• Handling all incoming and outgoing calls professionally, including client inquiries, suppliers, agents, etc.
• Managing the Manager’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Maintaining call logs, meeting notes, and timely follow-ups using the CRM system.
• Serving as the primary liaison between management, clients, and partners, ensuring smooth and clear communication.

Requirements

• 40 years and below
• Highschool diploma or Bachelor’s degree - business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service in real estate or related industry
• Strong understanding of real estate properties, with a passion for luxury properties is a plus
