A leading consulting firm in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Quality Manager Customer Experience to enhance service excellence and quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will need a Bachelor's in Engineering or Quality Management, with at least 10 years of experience, particularly in consultancy. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, and preference will be given to Arabic-speaking applicants.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, customer experience, or project delivery within consultancy or engineering environments.
  • Proven expertise in quality frameworks, service excellence models, and customer experience strategies.
  • Experience working with government or municipal entities in the UAE is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of quality frameworks and performance metrics to drive service excellence.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and project teams to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee customer experience improvement projects to ensure measurable impact.
  • Conduct service assessments and quality audits to recommend actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance process efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Support organizational transformation by fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and performance reviews for executive leadership.
