Job summary

OKX is seeking an AML/KYC Analyst to perform comprehensive reviews of onboarding cases, ensuring KYB alignment with policy. You will use validation tools and reputable sources to verify AML documentation.

You will coordinate CDD/EDD requests, monitor SLAs, investigate sanctions/PEP matches, and communicate findings to management while maintaining high service levels and contributing to the continuous improvement of the CDD function.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AML and CDD/EDD/KYC review experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with validation tools and sources.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive reviews of incoming customer onboarding cases ensuring KYB principles are consistent with policy.
• Review KYB documents using validation tools and reputable sources to verify AML documentation.
• Request appropriate CDD/EDD documentation from customers to ensure AML onboarding completeness.
• Follow up on pending CDD/EDD requests within relevant SLAs.
• Investigate possible matches for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media news.
• Provide information to management regarding AML/CDD issues.
• Maintain high quality service levels and escalates queries where appropriate.
• Support the enhancement of the CDD function and maintain procedures.
• Manage specific projects as required.

Requirements

• Completion of tertiary higher education (Higher Diploma, Degree, or higher)

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
