Job description

Al Adil Trading requires focused Custom Milling Operators to run the in-store grinding machines, prepare fresh flours, and mix traditional ethnic spices safely for walk-in customers.

Daily Supermarket Tasks:

• Weigh whole raw grains accurately on the digital scale before dropping them into the electric milling machine.
• Tie the filled plastic bags tightly using rubber bands and attach the correct printed barcode sticker for the checkout cashier.
• Sweep the fine flour dust constantly from the floor area to prevent shoppers from slipping near the grinding counter.
• Change the heavy grinding plates carefully when switching the machine from grinding soft wheat to hard turmeric roots.

Rules for Selection:

• Machine Safety: Operating loud and vibrating industrial equipment requires strict attention to avoid dangerous hand injuries.
• Dust Tolerance: Working in an environment filled with strong chili powder and flying flour dust requires wearing protective face masks all day.
• Customer Interaction: Listening carefully when shoppers ask for a specific texture, such as very fine flour or roughly crushed coriander.

What the Supermarket Offers:

• Basic Income: 1,500 to 2,000 AED fixed monthly salary, depending on previous milling or factory machine experience.
• Corporate Support: Secure employment with a leading ethnic retail brand, complete safety gear, and official occupational health certification.
