Job summary

Accor is seeking a Commis II to join our kitchen team. You will support the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef in preparing mise-en-place and producing high-quality dishes according to standard recipes.

You’ll help maintain hygiene, follow HACCP guidelines, and contribute to cost control and timely service. The role requires a formal culinary diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a large international hotel.

Qualifications

• Formally trained in culinary arts or an equivalent certificate.
• Proven ability to handle mise-en-place and food preparation processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef in production of mise-en-place for all menus.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to HACCP regulations throughout shift.
• Attend meetings and training sessions organized by hotel management.
• Assist with cost control and ensure timely production and service.
