Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a CSSD Technician with the relevant healthcare authority in the UAE.
• At least 4 years relevant experience in a CSSD department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sterilisation and related activities for medical and surgical items are performed as per company standards.
• Keep accurate records and perform relevant document audits.
• Provide input into CSSD quality improvement initiatives.

Skills

Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications

Sterilisation principles and practices

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Infection prevention and control protocols

Education

CSSD qualification from an accredited institution
