Job summary

Adaa Financial Services in Dubai is seeking a Crypto Fund & Portfolio Strategy Specialist to support cryptocurrency research, portfolio analysis, and investment strategy development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment research or portfolio strategy.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets.
• Knowledge of portfolio construction and risk management.
• Familiarity with DeFi, tokenomics, blockchain and Web3.
• Analytical, quantitative and financial research skills.
• Experience with Excel or financial modeling; Python/SQL is a plus.
• Ability to evaluate investment opportunities and risks.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Finance/Economics/Business/Mathematics degree preferred.

Role Description

The Crypto Fund & Portfolio Strategy Specialist will support cryptocurrency research, digital-asset portfolio analysis, capital allocation, and investment strategy. The role focuses on evaluating crypto market opportunities, portfolio performance, diversification, and risk across digital assets and emerging blockchain markets.

• Research cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, and digital-asset investment opportunities
