Sunreef Yachts in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Operations Assistant to support cross-functional coordination across HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Management. This entry-level role suits a recent graduate with 1–2 years' experience, offering growth in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You will chase updates, prepare reports, maintain records, and help improve internal processes. A Bachelor's degree and fluency in English are required; Ras Al Khaimah residence and 6-day work weeks

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willing to work from Ras Al Khaimah and 6 days per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on tasks between departments.
• Track open actions, deadlines, approvals, and updates.
• Prepare and update reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Collect information and report clearly to management.
• Follow up to ensure timely task completion.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and action points.
• Support cross-functional projects and sourcing updates.
• Maintain records of decisions, deadlines, responsibilities.
• Escalate delays or missing information when needed.
• Assist Operations team with daily coordination and admin tasks.
• Improve internal reporting and communication processes.
