Job summary

NEXT Ventures is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead the Trading & Risk Management Department, accountable for risk analytics across CFD, Futures, and the upcoming Crypto vertical.

The role combines dealing-desk analytical leadership with investigation oversight, bridging flow analysis, abuse detection, and rule enforcement while guiding cross-product investigations and decision-making under pressure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in trading risk, brokerage risk, dealing, FCM/futures supervision, or trade surveillance—leadership experience required.
• Proven track record of leading investigations or risk analytics teams.
• Multi-asset exposure across CFD/FX, futures, and crypto readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own risk and investigation strategy across CFD, Futures, and Crypto.
• Lead and mentor Investigation Leads and Senior Analysts across products.
• Drive playbook, escalation criteria, and evidence standards; standardise risk automation.
• Represent the department in cross-functional forums with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Provide input for rule calibration, platform configuration decisions, and KPI maturity.
