About the role:

The CRM Marketing Specialist will play a hands‑on role in managing end‑to‑end CRM campaigns for Almosafer’s travel business (Flights, Hotels, and ancillary products). The role requires a blend of technical and marketing skills — working within the Marketing Automation ecosystem. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and creative, with a strong understanding of customer journeys and retention strategies within the travel or e-commerce industry.

It will require testing integrations, validating customer journey flows, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. They should demonstrate a high level of analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the results and recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, set up, and deploy CRM campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and in‑app channels.
  • Build and maintain audience segments based on customer behavior, booking history, and lifecycle stage.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement, click‑through, and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign calendars to ensure timely delivery across ongoing, seasonal, and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to ensure creative alignment and technical accuracy.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance through weekly and monthly dashboards.
  • Build and maintain automated lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, reactivation, cross‑sell, loyalty, and abandonment flows.
  • Monitor campaign health, ensuring strong reachability, deliverability, and opt‑in rates.
  • Identify and resolve issues in event triggers, audience syncs, and message logic.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze user behavior and segment performance to derive actionable insights.
  • Recommend strategies to improve customer retention, cross‑sell, and repeat booking rates.
  • Stay updated on CRM and marketing automation trends to support continuous improvement.
Profile Requirements
  • 2‑5 years of relevant experience in marketing automation CRM tools - Moengage, Braze, Appsflyer, Branch, Infobip or any other similar B2C marketing automation tools
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data and performance metrics.
  • Good understanding of segmentation, user journeys, and retention logic.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides for campaign tracking and presentations.
