The CRM Marketing Specialist will play a hands‑on role in managing end‑to‑end CRM campaigns for Almosafer’s travel business (Flights, Hotels, and ancillary products). The role requires a blend of technical and marketing skills — working within the Marketing Automation ecosystem. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytical, and creative, with a strong understanding of customer journeys and retention strategies within the travel or e-commerce industry.
It will require testing integrations, validating customer journey flows, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. They should demonstrate a high level of analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the results and recommendations.
