Qualifications

• At least 2–4 years of experience in CRM configuration and workflow automation.
• Proficient in at least one major CRM.
• Must have knowledge of AI tools and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and integrate the CRM platform with internal and external tools.
• Build and optimize workflows and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and campaign performance.
• Manage permissions, data hygiene, and security while collaborating with sales and marketing.
