A Dubai-based travel company is seeking a CRM & Automation Specialist to optimize the CRM platform and improve efficiency in customer interactions. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in CRM configuration, is proficient in major CRM systems, and has knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and integrate the CRM platform with internal systems (ERP, accounting, call center) and external tools (WhatsApp, email marketing, booking platforms).
  • Build and optimize workflows, triggers, and AI tools (chatbots, predictive models) to improve efficiency, response times, and customer experience.
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance; continuously test and optimize automations.
  • Manage permissions, data hygiene, and security; provide training and collaborate with sales and marketing for segmentation and personalized campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in CRM configuration and workflow automation
  • Proficient in at least one major CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive); experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), ActiveCampaign, or n8n
  • Must have knowledge of AI tools and API integrations (e.g., ChatGPT API, Google Dialog Flow, Twilio).
