Job summary

Astra Source is seeking an experienced CCU Engineer in the UAE to lead installation, commissioning and ongoing operation of Close Control Air Conditioning and precision cooling systems. You will handle preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis and coordination with facilities teams in critical environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise with CCU equipment, BMS interfaces and electrical/control schematics, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

Diploma/ITI/Bachelors in Mechanical, Refrigeration or related field.
3–7 years of CCU/Precision Cooling experience.
Experience in Data Centers or critical facilities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Install, commission and maintain CCU systems.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and control faults.
Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves and fans.
Monitor temperature, humidity, airflow and pressure conditions.
Read electrical wiring diagrams and CCU control schematics.
Work with BMS and monitoring systems connected to CCU equipment.
Support testing, commissioning and performance verification.
