A luxury hospitality service provider seeks a dedicated VIP Hospitality Assistant in Abu Dhabi to provide exceptional service tailored to high-profile clients. Responsibilities include managing VIP operations, coordinating logistics, and upholding premium hospitality standards. Individual must be a dedicated and professional VIP Hospitality Assistant and provide exceptional service to high-profile clients and guests. This role involves supporting the VIP air movement operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for VIPs during VIP missions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while providing top-tier hospitality. This is a non-flying position.

Minimum of Secondary School Education. Degree, Diploma in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or Airline Cabin Crew Certificate is desired but not mandatory.
First Aid and Safety Certifications (preferred). A basic first aid or CPR certification is beneficial for handling emergency situations.
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, event planning, or customer service, preferably in a VIP or high-end environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high-profile individuals.
Strong problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
