Job description

Individual must be a dedicated and professional VIP Hospitality Assistant and provide exceptional service to high-profile clients and guests. This role involves supporting the VIP air movement operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for VIPs during VIP missions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while providing top-tier hospitality. This is a non-flying position.

Will also be responsible for :

Crew Support & Well-being
  • Liaison with Vendors & Staff: Work closely with internal teams, and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the VIP experience run smoothly.
  • Prepare aircraft by ensuring the aircraft meets the highest standards in cleanliness, high-quality refreshments for an enjoyable flight.
Logistics & Coordination
  • Oversee and manage VIP preferences, ensuring luxury amenities are well stocked and maintained.
Hospitality & Customer Service
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve hospitality-related issues, and deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as aircraft cleaning crews and flight crews, to uphold premium service standards at all times.
Compliance & Safety
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene protocols in all crew-related spaces.
  • Report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or non-compliance promptly to relevant teams for swift resolution.

Qualification

Minimum of Secondary School Education. Degree, Diploma in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or Airline Cabin Crew Certificate is desired but not mandatory.

First Aid and Safety Certifications (preferred). A basic first aid or CPR certification is beneficial for handling emergency situations.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, event planning, or customer service, preferably in a VIP or high-end environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with high-profile individuals.

Strong problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
