KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking on an exciting growth phase with a direct presence in seven regions. To support our growth plans, we are seeking a Credit Controller with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset to be based in our Dubai office.

This role requires expertise in Credit Control and Collection processes, focusing on invoicing efficiency, reporting, and dispute resolution with internal teams and customers within the Service Business. The successful candidate will partner with the business for timely actions to achieve receivables results. Responsibilities include conducting receivable audits at field locations, providing education and development to field personnel, delivering presentations on receivable analysis, examining collection policies for compliance, and recommending improvements. The role reports to the Head of Finance for UAE, Oman, and Kuwait and involves supporting receivable goals, managing reporting, project management, and customer risk analysis. The goal is to maximize cash flow through optimization, development, follow-up, and coordination with the collections team.

Are you the one?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and credit management, preferably in the Engineering, Construction, or Building Material Industry.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized, and a self-starter with a focus on high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, analytical, and business acumen skills.
  • UAE experience is mandatory.
  • Team management experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey complex data effectively.
  • Good understanding of SAP; computer literacy is essential.
  • Attention to detail and vigilance to ensure accuracy and correct errors.
