Job summary

Fitch Ratings is seeking a credit analyst to conduct in-depth credit analysis of financial institutions, monitor a portfolio of ratings, and draft detailed research reports.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in credit analysis, a university degree in finance/economics/accounting, and fluency in Russian and English, with strong Excel and Word skills.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Russian and English
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA qualification or progress toward designation
• Knowledge of CIS+ and/or EMEA financial institutions and regulatory landscape
• Familiarity with credit rating methodologies
