You will develop tailored growth strategies, onboard emerging talent, and guide creators on content best practices, monetization, and platform features to drive scalable partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in creator management, talent relations, or a similar client-facing role within the digital media or entertainment industry.
• Demonstrated success in identifying, recruiting, and growing creator partnerships, evidenced by measurable growth metrics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with a wide range of personalities.
