Job summary

SOCIALEYEZ is seeking a Creative Video Content Creator in Dubai. The role involves shooting, editing, and contributing to creative direction across social media, campaigns, events, testimonials, and stock-based edits.

The candidate should have a strong cinematic eye and a passion for storytelling. The ideal applicant will be able to work independently as a solo creator while supporting senior teammates, with a portfolio demonstrating cinematic visuals, storytelling, and social content

Qualifications

• Proven experience as video content creator, videographer, editor, or similar role.
• Bilingual in Arabic & English.
• Strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating cinematic visuals and social content experience.
• Good camera operation, lighting, sound, and rhythm understanding.
• Proficiency in major editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, Resolve).

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-quality video content for social media, websites, campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Bring cinematic framing, lighting, composition, movement, pacing, and storytelling to projects.
• Develop creative video ideas, hooks, and treatments aligned with brand goals.
• Shoot and assist in editing content for events, campaigns, testimonials, live shows, reels, and promos.
• Understand platform-specific needs for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Lead content from concept to execution, with shooting, editing support, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with senior content creators and marketing teams to produce strong visuals.
• Stay updated with trends, formats, and audience engagement patterns.
• Provide fresh ideas for short-form and long-form content.
• Ensure content is on-brand, visually strong, and consistently high quality.

This role is not only about operating a camera or editing software; it requires someone who can think creatively, develop fresh ideas, understand audience behavior, and translate concepts into visually engaging video content.

The ideal candidate should be able to shoot, edit, and contribute to creative direction across digital platforms, campaigns, events, testimonials, stock-based edits, and social first video formats. The person should be confident working independently as a solo content creator, while also being a collaborative team player who can support senior content creators and contribute ideas during the creative process.

A film, media, cinematography, or visual communication degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-quality video content for social media, websites, campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Bring a strong cinematic sense to framing, lighting, composition, movement, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Develop creative video ideas, concepts, hooks, and treatments that align with the Brands communication goals.
• Shoot and assist in editing content for events, campaigns, testimonials, liveproduced shows, social media reels, and promotional videos.
• Understand platform-specific content needs for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Work from concept to execution, including idea development, shooting, editing support, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with senior content creators, marketing teams, and other departments to develop strong visual content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, storytelling formats, visual styles, and audience engagement patterns.
• Contribute fresh ideas for short-form, long-form, campaign-based, and trend-based content.
• Ensure all content is visually strong, on-brand, and consistent in tone, quality, and style.
• Work independently when required, managing small shoots or content tasks with minimal supervision.
• Support team-based productions with professionalism, flexibility, and creative input.
• Organize footage, manage production assets, and maintain efficient workflow during shoots and edits.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements for future video formats and creative approaches.

• Proven experience as a video content creator, videographer, video producer, editor, or similar creative role.
• Bilingual in Arabic & English
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating cinematic visuals, storytelling ability, and social media content experience.
• Good understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, sound, and visual rhythm.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Basic colour grading knowledge is preferred.
• Proven experience as a video content creator, videographer, video producer, editor, or similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating cinematic visuals, storytelling ability, and social media content experience.
• Good understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, sound, and visual rhythm.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Basic colour grading knowledge is preferred.
• Experience using gimbals such as DJI Ronin or similar stabilizers is required.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, reels, hooks, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Ability to create content that feels fresh, relevant, emotional, and visually appealing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with different creative requirements and deadlines.
• Comfortable working on event shoots, campaign shoots, testimonials, interviews, social-first content, and live-produced shows.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Cinematography, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
