About the Role
The Creative Strategist is entrusted with shaping the vision and strategy behind high-impact campaigns, branding, and experiential activations. This role translates insights and research into actionable creative briefs, ensuring every project is both innovative and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of creative strategies for integrated campaigns, branding, and event activations
- Conduct market research, audience profiling, and competitive analysis to inform strategy
- Translate insights into clear, actionable briefs for creative, design, and content teams
- Collaborate with creative, account management, and production teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution
- Present strategic recommendations and creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support new business pitches and proposal development with strategic input
- Stay abreast of industry trends, digital innovation, and cultural insights relevant to the agency’s work
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years experience in creative strategy, brand planning, or related roles within agency or brand environments
- Strong track record of developing successful strategies for leading brands and campaigns
- Excellent analytical, research, and storytelling skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with digital, social, and experiential marketing
- Familiarity with the GCC market and regional cultural nuances is preferred
