Work standard is seeking a Pastry Chef in Musaffah to craft a variety of pastries, cakes, pies, tarts, cookies and other desserts, while managing the day-to-day kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of pastry chef experience, can work independently with minimal supervision, communicates clearly, and is capable of multitasking to maintain quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, pies, tarts, cookies and other desserts according to established recipes
• Create unique dessert dishes with innovative ideas and techniques
• Monitor production levels and quality of all desserts produced in the kitchen
• Manage inventory levels of all ingredients used in dessert production
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the kitchen area
