Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, desserts and other sweet treats according to recipes.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
• Decorate cakes or other pastries with edible toppings such as chocolate, frosting or fruit.
• Create innovative new recipes or adapt traditional recipes to create unique signature dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas according to health safety regulations.
• Follow food hygiene regulations at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and order ingredients when necessary.
• Supervise kitchen staff during shifts.
